I would like to share few Initiatives taken by Mahle Pune VSME vendors in past 3 months. VSME(Visinory Small medium Enterprise) is an Initative taken by CII and Anand Group for developments of SME's in India. Under the guidance of Prof. Shoji Shiba & Prof. Furuhashi, vision is to develop a reliable and efficient Supply Chain.
A) Vendor: Yeshwant Udyog-
Improved Layout: Linear Flow of Material, Imroved Ventilation & Lighting
B) Vendor: Tirupati Auto Plast: Improved Layout
C) Vendor- Yeshwant Udyog: ' CLIT sheet' Prepared by Operator.
D) Vendor: Tirupati Auto Plast: On line Drilling & Deflashing, thus Creating Space for New 400 Tonne Machine.
